Our name comes from the Latin word that means “to move, to awake, to go forward, to triumph over, to change.” It means more than just plodding along, but implies embracing a bold and inspired course of action that may depart from the past.
“What’s in a name?” you may ask. At Incedo Group, we offer business coaching, but our approach differs from what you might think. WE BELIEVE THAT MOST BUSINESS PROBLEMS ARE ROOTED IN POOR COMMUNICATION
Many prospective clients come to us in search of how to improve ROI, how to hire better, how to develop leadership within their organization, how to improve sales, how to implement change or develop the business, and much more. What they expect are steps they should take to insure better profitability, less turnover, increased sales, or develop leaders that are more effective. At Incedo, we understand these goals, but delivering off-the-shelf 12-step programs is not what we’re about.

When communication is lacking, it’s like there is an elephant in the room. You may want business as usual, or you may have to fight a fire. With the elephant relaxing in your offices, you will have to work around him to get anything done. In times of crisis, having to bring the hose around a large obstacle can prevent the quick, decisive action you need.
What comes to mind here is a cartoon we once saw. A beauty shop on one side of the street proclaimed: “We offer $6 haircuts!” The competitor on the other side of the street counters with: “We fix $6 haircuts.”
At Incedo, we don’t offer $6 haircuts or propose a one-size-fits all “solution” that avoids underlying problems. We do, however, fix a few $6 haircuts as we strive to help you address your core problems – which often means chasing away elephants.
At Incedo, we believe coaching is an art form, to be enjoyed and inspired by –both the client and the coach. We want to personally help you get from where you are to where you want to go as a leader in your organization and work with your company to help achieve its business goals, but we do it in a way that is both effective and edgy. We’ve developed a series of tools to allow you to work at your own pace while working with us in areas such as communication, planning, leadership development, and more that will help you approach and solve current and future business problems.
