It is important to know the needs and wants of a customer and also it is crucial to let him see the added value of the product or service being offered.

Although making a sale is crucial, sometimes it is best to simply walk away. There are some consumers who take negotiating too far and will leave you empty-handed.

If you are in a middle of a negotiation and know that you won’t earn a profit from what the client is asking then politely walk away.
